Cajun Breast of Chicken marinated in cajun spices served with a creamy Cajun sauce and
hand-cut chips.
Home-made Organic Irish Beef Burger on toasted bun topped with smoked bacon and mature
Irish cheddar with spicy tomato ketchup and hand-cut chips.
Linguine with tomato pesto and blended sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, herbs, pine nuts and
parmesan cheese with creme fraiche.
Chicken Marsala - pan fried strips of Chicken breast with a creamy tomato, mushroom and
Marsala wine sauce served with Basmati rice.
