Bruschetta - Toasted garlic bread with fresh tomatoes marinated in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and basil, topped with mozzarella.
Crumbed garlic mushrooms with garlic mayonnaise.
Duck Spring roll - shredded Duck, spring onion, ginger and soy wrapped in spring roll pastry
with plum sauce.
Cajun Breast of Chicken marinated in Cajun spices served with a creamy Cajun sauce and
basmati rice.
Home-made Thai style Lamb Burger with chilli, coriander, lime and lemongrass on a toasted bun with iceberg lettuce and tomato with hand-cut chips and coriander mayonnaise.
Grilled fillets of Lemon Sole with char-grilled Mediterranean vegetables in a tomato and basil sauce with new boiled potatoes.

Our meat and chicke is all Irish, fully traceable and supplied by
JW Smyth Butchers, Strand Road, Portmarnock.
Our fresh vegetables and eggs are supplied by Keelings, St. Margarets, Co. Dublin
Our fish is supplied daily by Kish Fish.
All of our desserts and breads are also prepared and cooked in-house.
